Permanent Ice Rink in Ploiesti - Romania

The ice rink "Ploiesti on ice" was opened on the 3rd of October 2013, and it is running and developing since then continuously. The project was also a collaboration with the AFI Europe Group, which is a leading real estate development and investment company operating in Central and Eastern Europe and focusing on the development of large-scale commercial and residential projects.

The project has GBA 48,000 m², GLA 30,000 m² and a parking (under and above ground) with 1,000 places. The ice rink has a surface of 425 m² and is fully equipped with all the accessories needed for a successfully ice skating session. Because it is a permanent ice rink we try to maintain a strong connection with our customers, and this is why we always organize different events and promotions, not only for the little ones but also for people that at any age enjoy a session of ice skating on a perfect ice.

We also are in the process of starting collaborations with school and kindergartens to also sustain the local community by offering them a place to make sport, have fun and develop healthy. Classes of ice hockey for children and also figure skating classes are taking place on our ice rink every week and we have many more events and entertainment opportunities planned for the summer season.
