New ice rink in Kuwait

The Al Othman Commercial Charity Complex is located in Hawally and the scope of the project is that the exquisite building becomes one of the Kuwait´s upscale business addresses. The 18 story tower includes a 5 level retail section plus 3 basement floors parking area.

The tower features will include a retail and office area of 50.000 square meters including five floors of retail, multi stair and lift access, uniquely designed glass front and easy access to the surrounding area of Hawally.

The size of the ice rink is 548 sqm with an ice cave of 226 sqm. People can have fun on the rink and then drive with the ice skates through the caves/tunnels. The most modern materials were used, as well as the latest dehumidification system. Everything is ready and installed for the start-up and for making the ice. Our team of architects, engineers and technicians were in Hawally to take care of the construction process of the ice rink and to supervise the works. The project will be finished in a few months.
