One of the most interesting projects of the year 2016 will be the construction of the ice skating rink in Family Mall in Iraq. We signed the contract last year and have planned all our works and designs for this year. The total construction area of the Shopping Mall will be around 215.500 m² which will also include a very big recreational park area. The building has a stunning architecture with a glass roof and will include clothing shops, restaurants, cafes, a very large hypermarket, food courts, bowling centers, etc. and of course the ice skating rink. It is divided on 4 levels and will provide 2.100 parking places from which 2.000 will be indoor.
The ice skating rink is a permanent one that will be opened all year round for the ice skating enthusiasts, and will have a surface of approximately 500 m². It will be built in the first part of the year 2015 and the opening date is planned for the 3rd quarter of the year. Our company will not only be responsible with the construction of the ice rink, but will also manage it, which means that we will organize skating schools, different events, hockey training, etc. so that the final customers can have an unforgettable experience on the ice.
